Summary: | A method for manufacturing a bulk type silicon solar cell is provided to simplify a manufacturing process by omitting a PECVD, POCI3 diffusion process. A reflection preventing layer(12) is formed on a surface of an n-type semiconductor layer(11) formed on a rear contact layer(10) to minimize the reflection of the incident light. Respective electrodes(13,14) contacting the reflection preventing layer and the rear contact layer are formed. The heat process is performed. The n-type semiconductor layer is formed by a Czochralski silicon single crystal growth method. |
