A thermal process furnace with the magnetic field is provided to miniaturize the whole equipment without using the magnetic shield by reducing the magnetic field. A thermal process furnace with the magnetic field comprises the magnetic field generation unit, the cooling unit(3), the heating unit(5), thermal process container(6). The magnetic field generation unit comprises the one ring type permanent magnet assemblies(1, 2) which is assembled by the permanent magnet segments. The cooling unit is positioned within the central cavity of the ring type permanent magnet assembly. The thermal process container comprises the holder for the thermal process maintaining a plurality of dehiscence processed products. The ring type permanent magnet assembly has the external diameter D1 more than 120mm. The ring type permanent magnet assembly has the axis direction length H more than 100mm. The axis direction length H and external diameter D1 of the ring type permanent magnet assembly are satisfied the requisite of 2 <= D1 / H <= 10.
