Summary:A sterilized injection solution of chorionic gonadotropin for immediate use is provided to improve stability of storage by using trehalose and methionine. A sterilized injection solution of chorionic gonadotropin for immediate use is not re-prepared from the free-dried one comprising human chorionic gonadotropin and a diluent with a concentration of 10-1,000 mug/mL, contains no heat radiating materials, and contains trehalose and methionine. Preferably the human chorionic gonadotropin is the recombination human follicle stimulating hormone.
