A client(120) searches a desired service by receiving a service list about a service registered by equipment data collecting device from a service relay device(130). The client searches a desired data by receiving metadata including data ID from the equipment data collecting device(100). The client transmits and registers a data collecting plan including data ID, the number of data ID and collecting interval information about searched data.
