Summary: | A water treating apparatus is provided to sufficiently process water to be treated by water discharge of a time without repetitively circulating the water to be treated. A water treating apparatus(1) comprises the followings: the first electrode which has water permeability and is arranged on the flow path of water to be treated; a conductive fiber(8) which is electrically connected with the first electrode by being positioned at the downstream side of the first electrode; the second electrode(7) which has water permeability, is arranged at the downstream side of the conductive fiber, and makes a pair together with the first electrode; an insulated porous spacer interposed between the second electrode and the conductive fiber; and a supplying unit supplying voltage to the electrodes. |
