Summary: | A laminating adhesive comprising a polyol, an acid-modified polyol which is prepared by reacting a hydrophobic polyol containing a hydrocarbon moiety having 12 to 80 carbon atoms in the molecule in an amount of 30 to 95% by weight or a derivative thereof with an aromatic polybasic carboxylic acid anhydride and which bears carboxyl in the molecular end, an organic polyisocyanate, and a silane coupling agent. A laminating adhesive film which is excellent even after high-temperature sterilization in the bond performance between a metal foil/barrier film composite and a plastic film lying on the inside of the composite and in the bond performance between a metal foil/barrier film composite and a plastic film lying on the outside of the composite. |
