SMD TYPE CERAMIC DISC CAPACITOR
An SMD type ceramic disc capacitor is provided to prevent a flash over phenomenon by using a guide ring covering the circumference of a first electrode. A ceramic disc(110) is composed of a hexahedron. A first electrode(120) is formed on a first surface(111) of the ceramic disc. A second electrode(1...

Summary: | An SMD type ceramic disc capacitor is provided to prevent a flash over phenomenon by using a guide ring covering the circumference of a first electrode. A ceramic disc(110) is composed of a hexahedron. A first electrode(120) is formed on a first surface(111) of the ceramic disc. A second electrode(130) is formed on a second surface(112) of the ceramic disc. A guide ring(140) is separated from the first electrode, covers the circumference of the first electrode, has a closed loop shape, and is made of a conductive material. A first lead terminal(160) is electrically connected to the first electrode. A second lead terminal(170) is electrically connected to the second electrode. A molding unit(180) covers and insulates the ceramic disc, the first electrode, the second electrode, and a part of the first and second lead terminals. |
