Summary:An interface system and a flat panel display by using the same are provided to include a stabilization circuit to a transmission circuit, thereby driving the transmission circuit safely. A serial converting member(202) receives the first and second data having plural bits from the outside and outputs the bits of the received first and second data sequentially. A transmission circuit(204) includes a decoder for converting two bits supplied from the serial converting member into three bits. A driving member controls the flow of current corresponding to three bits. A transmission resistor applies the voltage corresponding to the current flow. A receiving circuit(212) includes a receiving resistor for receiving the voltage applied to the transmission resistor. Amplifiers amplify the voltage applied to both ends of the receiving resistor. Comparing units compare the voltage supplied from amplifiers and restore the three bits. An encoder restores the two bits by means of the three bits. A serial-parallel converting unit(214) stores the two bits sequentially and restores the first and second data. Stabilizing circuits control the transmission circuit.
