Summary: | A method and an apparatus for sequentially measuring inner parameters of a condenser are provided to prevent a relay unit from being damaged by preventing the relay unit from being turned on, when an erroneous state is detected. Whether a relay unit is defective is determined before a signal for turning on the relay unit is generated(S201). When the relay unit is not defective, the relay unit is connected to a measuring unit(S202). Characteristics of a corresponding condenser cell are measured by using the relay unit(S203). The relay unit is turned off(S204) and whether a next relay unit is defective is determined, before the next relay unit is turned on(S205). A voltage waveform of an output terminal of the condenser cell is sampled. A mean or effective value of the sampled voltage waveform is obtained. The mean or effective value is compared with a reference value. |
