Summary:A tetrapod wave dissipating block and an inclined breakwater covered therewith is provided to concentrate gravity center of the tetrapod wave dissipating block on the ground by supporting the ground with three legs. A tetrapod wave dissipating block(10) comprises three legs which are contact with the ground, and a water hole(11) at the center of the tetrapod wave dissipating block. An upper leg among three legs of the tetrapod wave dissipating block which is affected most is half longer than other legs.
