Summary: | An information processing device, an information processing method, and an information processing program are provided to raise sale promotion effect by distributing goods information effectively to customers according to accumulated points of each customer. A customer information database(14) is organized by records of data each consisting of fields such as an electronic mail address, an accumulated value of benefit points possessed by the customer, an effective period of points, and a point invalidation notifying date representing a notifying date when the validity of the points expires. A goods information database(15) stores goods data and goods price data. An extraction condition database(16) stores extraction condition data representing relation between the points and the goods price data of goods introduced to the customer, and a date obtainer(9) obtains current data. A price range extractor(10) extracts price range data of the goods corresponding to the points stored in the customer information database by using the extraction condition data when the current date and point expiration are related by a predetermined relation. A recommended goods extractor(11) extracts the goods data corresponding to the extracted goods price range by searching the price data in the goods information database. A goods guide maker(12) makes a goods guide including the extracted goods data. A goods guide provider(13) provides the goods guide to the customer. |
