A one body type optical sheet and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to prevent a moire phenomenon, imprinting, and a wet-out phenomenon by irregularly forming prism patterns. A one body type optical sheet(334) includes first and second base units(400,404), a bonding unit(402), first prism patterns(406), and diffusion units(408). The bonding unit is positioned between the first and second base units to bond the first and second base units. The first prism patterns are arranged on the second base unit. The hemispheric diffusion units face the bonding unit while interposing the first base unit there between and are formed on one surface of the first base unit.
