Summary:A paper diaper, wherein, by using a Hook- and- Loop fastener formed by the combination of a hook element with a hook receiving element engageable and disengageable with and from the hook element, the hook element of the Hook-and-Loop fastener is fixed to both rear-sides of the paper diaper and the hook receiving element is fixed to the front side thereof so as to form a fixing means in the installation of the diaper on a wearer, the hook receiving element is formed of a base material part having a target visible from the front side and a large number of loops fixed to the surface of the base material part, and the loops are formed of straight or gently curved filament yarns.
