A microarray and a kit including an SNP or a microsatellite are provided to diagnose existence of schizophrenia or presence of danger effectively. An SNP for diagnosing schizophrenia comprises a polynucleotide or a complementary polynucleotide thereof, wherein the polynucleotide is a polynucleotide consisting of at least 8 consecutive DNA sequences including a 301st base in a polynucleotide, which is complementary to rs2430561 constituting a portion of an interferon gamma gene and described as SEQ ID : NO. 1, a polynucleotide consisting of at least 8 consecutive DNA sequences including a 61st base in a polynucleotide, which is complementary to rs2071064 constituting a portion of a TPI1 gene and described as SEQ ID : NO. 2, or a polynucleotide consisting of at least 8 consecutive DNA sequences including a 301st base in a polynucleotide, which is complementary to rs2765042 constituting a portion of a CBK gene and described as SEQ ID : NO. 3. A microsatellite for diagnosing the schizophrenia comprises a polynucleotide or a complementary nucleotide thereof, wherein the polynucleotide includes a microsatellite polymorphism where CA sequences are consecutively repeated from 302nd of the polynucleotide, which is described as SEQ ID : NO. 1 and complementary to the rs2430561 constituting the portion of the interferon gamma gene, and consists of at least 40 consecutive bases. A microarray for diagnosing the schizophrenia comprises the polynucleotide, a polypeptide encoded by the same or a cDNA thereof. A kit for diagnosing the schizophrenia comprises the microarray.
