Summary:A display device is provided to remove the needs of a cooling fan by employing an organic light emitting display panel having first and second substrates and to reduce the size of a projection lens system by using a Fresnel lens. An organic light emitting display panel(10) includes a first substrate(18), and a second substrate(22) bonded on the first substrate by a sealant(20). A pixel region(24) is formed inside the sealant. A pad region(26) is formed on the outside of the sealant. Sub-pixels(27) are placed on the pixel region like a matrix. A scan driver(28) and a data driver(30) are placed on the outside of the pixel region to drive the sub-pixels. Pad electrodes(32) are placed on the pad region of the first substrate to transmit an electric signal to the scan and data drivers. Each sub-pixel includes a light emitting device(L1) and a driving circuit part. The light emitting device includes a cathode electrode. The driving circuit part includes first and second thin film transistors(T1,T2) and a storage capacitor(Cst). The first thin film transistor is connected with a scan line(SL1) and a data line(DL1). The data voltage inputted to the data line is applied to the second thin film transistor. The storage capacitor is connected with the first thin film transistor and a power line(VDD).
