A bead-glass type retro-reflection sheet with a print layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture the retro-reflection sheets in a large quantity by printing patterns on a whole width of the retro-reflection sheet using a roll printing scheme. A thermoplastic resin is laminated on an upper surface of the release sheet, such that a thermoplastic resin layer(20) is formed. Plural glass beads(80) are applied on the thermoplastic resin layer and heat and pressure are applied on the thermoplastic resin layer, such that the glass beads are attached to the thermoplastic resin layer. A resin layer(40) is formed on the thermoplastic resin layer with the glass beads attached thereon. A specific pattern is printed on an upper surface of the resin layer, such that a print layer(700) is formed.
