Summary:A composition comprising hyaluronic acid and/or a salt thereof and a PPAR agonist(Peroxisome proliferator activated receptor agonist) is provided to show significantly excellent atopic dermatitis improving and therapeutic effects. A composition for improving or treating atopic dermatitis comprises hyaluronic acid and/or a salt thereof and a PPAR agonist, wherein the salt of the hyaluronic acid is at least one selected from the group consisting of sodium hyaluronate, potassium hyaluronate, ammonium hyaluronate, calcium hyaluronate, magnesium hyaluronate, zinc hyaluronate and cobalt hyaluronate. A pharmaceutical medicine for improving or treating atopic dermatitis comprises the composition and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or an excipient. Further, a molecular weight of the hyaluronic acid and/or the salt thereof is 200000 Da or more.
