Summary:An electrolyte cooling apparatus is provided to reduce steam generation and power consumption by lowering temperature of electrolyte used for electrolysis, using an electrolyte cooling part, and to keep the temperature of the electrolyte, using a water level sensor. An electrolyte cooling apparatus comprises an electrolytic cell(10), an electrolyte tank(20), and an electrolyte cooling part(70). The electrolytic cell is applied with power, electrolyzes electrolyte, and generates oxygen and hydrogen. The electrolyte tank receives the electrolyte to replace the electrolyte in the electrolytic cell. The electrolyte cooling part cools the electrolyte which is received in the electrolyte tank. The electrolyte cooling part includes heat exchanging plates(40), an electrolyte circulating part(30) having a pump(31), a coolant circulating part(50), and a radiator(60). A water level sensor(80) is placed to sense the level of the electrolyte in the electrolyte tank.
