Summary:A concrete block and a concrete pavement method are provided to carry or place easily and to secure flatness of an auxiliary base layer. A concrete block(20) is carried and placed to an auxiliary base layer made of gravel to perform concrete pavement work, wherein one or more pulling nuts(21) or bolts are included to couple with bolts or nuts of a fork unit of a crane. A concrete pavement method using concrete blocks comprises the steps of preparing an auxiliary base layer made of gravel, preparing a concrete block having four pulling nuts, coupling bolts of a fork unit of a crane with the nuts, and carrying the concrete block using the fork unit of the crane and placing on the auxiliary base layer.
