An automatic supplying device of a tray for a seeding system includes: a lower base(110) having a conveyor belt(111) for conveying the tray that seed are sowed; an upper base(130) having a receiving guide(135) for receiving a bundle of trays that plural trays are stacked; and separation units(151,153) for separating one tray positioned on the lowest place from the bundle of trays received into the receiving guide and conveying the tray to the conveyor belt.
