Summary:A pharmaceutical composition comprising pyrimidinedione derivatives is provided to improve inhibitory activity against hepatitis B virus and a safety property, so that the composition is useful for prevention and treatment of hepatitis B. A pharmaceutical composition for prevention and treatment of hepatitis B comprises pyrimidinedione derivatives represented by a formula(1) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R is C3-6 cycloalkyl or C3-6 cycloalkenyl; X is oxygen, sulfur or carbonyl; n is 1 or 2; and R1, R2 and R3 are each independently hydrogen or C1-4 alkyl.
