Summary: | A cooling and heating apparatus using a heat pump for an elevator is provided to achieve a spot heating for saving power by a heat pump since sufficient latent heat is supplied to low pressure refrigerant by adjacency between two heat exchanging chambers. A cooling and heating apparatus using a heat pump for an elevator includes a housing(49) divided into two heat exchanging chambers(53,55) by a spacer(51). The first heat exchanging chamber is prepared at one side of the spacer of the housing and has a first air sucking port(25) and a first air discharging port(31) to discharge air. The second heat exchanging chamber has a second air sucking port(15), a second air discharging port(19) to discharge the heat transferred air to an outside of an elevator, and a second ventilator(17) to circulate the air between the second air sucking port and the second air discharging port. A first heat exchanger(11) is provided on the first heat exchanging chamber. A second heat exchanger(7) is provided on the second heat exchanging chamber. A compressor(1) compresses refrigerant to supply the compressed refrigerant to a refrigerant circulation circuit. A bi-directional expansion valve(9) is installed between the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger. A heat switching unit is installed in the refrigerant circulation circuit. |
