Summary:A trenchless repair method of a water supply and sewage pipe is provided to attach a liner closely to a water supply and sewage pipe by applying primer on the inside of a water supply and sewage pipe and applying polyurethane or poly urea on the primer before a liner is hardened in a water supply and sewage pipe. A trenchless repair method of a water supply and sewage pipe comprises the steps of: removing rust formed on an internal wall of a water supply and sewage pipe(1); applying primer(2), which is an adhesive, on the inside of the water supply and sewage pipe; applying polyurethane or poly urea(3) on the surface of the primer to the thickness of 3~5mm; reversing and approaching a liner(4), which is a reinforcing tube with impregnated epoxy resin, to the inside of the water supply and sewage pipe using air pressure or water pressure; and injecting steam or hot water to the inside of the liner and hardening the epoxy resin impregnated to the liner, thereby making the liner adhered closely to the water supply and sewage pipe.
