Summary: | A coil probe for a magnetic curer made of a metal plate is provided to maintain the existing magnetic pulse output and to have excellent cooling effects by arranging metal plate coils in a specific structure and circulating a refrigerant. A coil probe for a magnetic curer made of a metal plate includes a case and a metal plate coil(122). The case is made of an insulating material. The metal plate coil is embedded inside the case. The metal plate coil includes plural side plates(122a), plural partition walls(122b) and separation walls, which are made of metal plates in the shape of a thin band. Plural side plates having different diameters share the same center. Plural partition walls connecting plural side plates are radially arranged to be separated from each other. A part of each side plate is cut out and the cut parts of the side plates are connected by a couple of separation walls. |
