A system and a method for managing exhibition and visiting integrally are provided to guide information for the exhibition and companies joined in the exhibition integrally to a visitor through various media, offer various types of ticketing service to the visitor, enable the visitor to facilitate admission/exit and registration, and offer information for the visitors visiting or wanting to visit a booth to the company. A gate terminal(114) controls a gate depending on permission by reading member card information. A database(102) stores member information including the member card information and virtual account information. An exhibition/visiting management server(100) requests a bank system(104) to collect an exhibition ticket price to a virtual account of a member corresponding to the member card information when the member card information is received from the gate terminal, and provides approval information to the gate when payment approval information is received from the bank system. A booth terminal(116) reads out and transmits the member card information. The exhibition management/visiting server stores visit information for a booth to the member information corresponding to the member card information when the member card information is received from the booth terminal.
