Summary:A reflection plate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a back light unit and an LCD device using the same are provided to join a high thermal conduction material and a reflection material having metal with an irregular surface to constitute the reflection plate, thereby radiating heat generated from a lamp to the outside effectively to secure the temperature uniformity of the LCD device. A reflection material(520) is formed on a high thermal conduction material(510) in a reflection plate. The reflection material is composed of metal with an irregular surface. At least one of a sheet, a plate or a powder-type black lead, aluminum, copper, CNT(Carbon Nano Tube), AlSiC is used in the high thermal conduction material. At least one of material such as Ag(Argentums), Al2O3, TiO2, Al(Aluminum), PET(Polyethylen Terephthalate), and optical fiber is used in the reflection material. A diffusion material is coated on the reflection material. The high thermal conduction material has a thickness of 0.08mm to 0.20mm. The reflection plate has a thickness of 150 to 250mum for a use of a monitor and 115 to 225mum for a use of a notebook.
