An apparatus for manufacturing battery packs is provided to allow mass production of battery packs through an automated process, and to improve the workability during the manufacture of battery packs. An apparatus for manufacturing battery packs comprises: a conveying module(140) for conveying battery packs; a rotation module(220) for rotating the battery packs conveyed by the conveying module to dispose the bottom of a battery pack at the upper side; a tape attaching module(320) disposed at one side of the rotation module and carrying out attachment of a double sided tape to the bottom of the battery pack; a release paper removing module(410) disposed at one side of the tape attaching module and carrying out removal of release paper from the double sided paper attached to the battery pack; and a lower cap coupling module(520) disposed at one side of the release paper removing module and carrying out linking of a lower cap to the bottom of the battery pack.
