Summary: | A live-line changing method of a damaged insulator in suspension insulator strings for 765 kV double circuit transmission lines is provided to perform maintenance and repair without a stoppage of power supply of a power-transmission line by conveniently changing the damaged insulator. A live-line changing method of a damaged insulator in suspension insulator strings for 765 kV double circuit transmission lines uses first and second methods. In the second method, a pylon arm worktable(11), a york swing preventive jig, a screw pulling machine, a guide rail set, a polymer insulator, a live-line worktable, a chain block, an insulating rope, and an insulator changing machine are used to change the damaged insulator in a line-line state. The pylon arm worktable is used to detach an arching horn(12) and a socket crevis and to connect and disconnect the insulating rope for pulling of the suspension insulator strings. A roller for hanging up the insulating rope is attached to the york swing preventive jig to prevent an upper end triangular york of the suspension insulator strings from swinging and to connect the insulating rope. The screw pulling machine pulls an electric line. The guide rail set moves a worker. The chain block and the insulating rope lift the suspension insulator strings. The insulator changing machine changes the damaged insulator. |
