A panel structure for a bottom impact test comprises a PC plate(10). The PC plate is made of finishing mortar and formed like a tile. A T-shaped lift plate(20) is installed on the PC plate such that a head(22) is buried under the PC plate and a plate(21) having a hole(21a) is protruded on the upper surface of the PC plate.
