Summary:A device and a method of processing nitrogen oxides in an incinerator are provided to reduce costs for a reducing agent by using ammonia water in waste water stored in a nitrogen oxides processing tub as a reducing agent. A device of processing nitrogen oxides in an incinerator(1) comprises a waste water tub(13), ammonia water, a nitrogen oxide processing tub(11), and an ammonia water feeding line(16). The waste water tub is configured to store waste water generated by waste. Ammonia water is generated from waste water stored in the waste water tub by microorganism. The nitrogen oxides processing tub reduces exhaust gas with ammonia water. The ammonia water feeding line is installed between the waste water tub and the nitrogen oxide processing tub to feed ammonia water generated in the waste water tub to the nitrogen oxide processing tub.
