A clock integrated timer is provided to sound the alarm after the set time by setting the desirable alarm time by reversely turning a timer plate while the present time is not checked. In a clock integrated timer, a time plate(102) is fixed on the upper part of a case(101). Rotary shafts are installed in the center of the time plate in a dual pipe form to turn hour and minute hands(103,104), respectively. The rotary shafts of each hand are connected with a movement to indicate the time through the hour and minute hands. A disc-shaped timer plate(200) is fitted to the upper outer side of the rotational center of the minute hand to slip. The time plate has a transparent center portion and time indication scales(201) divided into 60 and time indication numbers(202) divided by a unit of 5 minutes, which are formed along the rim. The time plate is separated toward the upper side by a fixing pin(203). A round leaf spring is disposed between the rotational center of the minute hand and the timer plate to slip together with the timer plate. A stop projection(204), a guide hole(108), and a rotation guide hole corresponding to each other are formed on the timer plate. The case rotates the timer plate in a reverse direction and stops the timer plate at the point that a zero point corresponds to 12 o'clock of the time plate when the time plate turns forward. A speaker is installed at one side of the case. A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) is installed in the case to ring the alarm through the speaker if two contact terminals(401) protruded to the rim of the timer plate contact with each other. A contact plate selectively contacting with two contact terminals according to the rotation of the timer plate is fixed at the lower part of the rim of the timer plate.
