A method for manufacturing a flexible display device is provided to input an adhesive substrate into a thermal treatment apparatus to remove bubbles and moisture from the adhesive substrate after a washing process before a film depositing process, thereby preventing a film depositing apparatus from being contaminated due to the moisture and the bubbles. An adhesive substrate(142) is prepared by sticking a flexible substrate(117) and a non-flexible substrate(132) to each other by using an adhesive(134). The adhesive substrate is washed. Bubbles and moisture are removed from the adhesive substrate by inputting the adhesive substrate into a thermal treatment apparatus(136). A thin film is deposited on the adhesive substrate where the bubbles and the moisture are removed.
