Summary:An audio converting device and a multimedia data processing apparatus having the same are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost of a multimedia data processing device by converting different analog signals into digital data through a single analog-digital converter. An audio converting device comprises an analog-digital converter(70) and a digital data selection part. The analog-digital converter converts at least one analog signal into at least one digital data corresponding to the analog signal. The digital data selection part receives the digital data from the analog-digital converter and separates the digital data using first and second digital filters(91,93).
