Summary:A pharmaceutical composition comprising vardenafil hydrochloride is provided to mask bitter taste of vardenafil hydrochloride after dissolving the vardenafil hydrochloride completely, and produce fast dissolving tablets of vardenafil hydrochloride in the mouth without water, so that medication compliance of patients is improved. A pharmaceutical composition comprises 1 part by weight of vardenafil hydrochloride with masked bitter taste or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and 0.1-5 parts by weight of at least one pharmaceutically acceptable alkali material selected from sodium bicarbonate, potassium hydrogen carbonate, sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, sodium citrate, sodium tartarate, sodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium phosphate, magnesium trisilicate, aluminum compounds, L-arginine, lysine, histidine, alkanol amines, chitosan, polyarginine copolymer, polylysine copolymer and alkaline metacrylate copolymer.
