Summary:A method for providing a call service in the middle of a navigation service and a mobile terminal for the same are provided to enable a user to use a navigation service and a call connection service at the same time by supporting the navigation service through a display part and the call connection service through a speaker part in case a call is received while the navigation service is in use. A mobile terminal is comprised of a navigation part(110), an RF transceiver part(120), a control part(140), a speaker part, and a display part. The navigation part(110) supports a navigation service. The RF transceiver part(120) transmits and receives calls for call connections. If a call is transmitted or received while the navigation service is in use, the control part(140) executes a control operation so that the navigation service and the call connection respectively can be made through screen display and voice. The speaker part outputs a voice for the call connection. The display part outputs an image for the navigation service. Also the display part segments the navigation screen and displays a call connection screen.
