Summary:An apparatus for controlling the flow of liquids is provided to generate an alarm sound by recognizing the error generated from a liquid flow controller in real-time. An apparatus for controlling the flow of liquids includes a liquid flow controller(22) and an error detector(28). The liquid flow controller produces a detection flow rate corresponding to a difference pressure value generated between input and output sides having a difference pressure value generating element therebetween, and controls the opening ratio of the output side in a tube based on comparison with a set flow rate. The error detector produces a normal opening ratio on the set flow rate, compares with a calculated opening ratio from the liquid flow controller, and outputs an alarm sound or an alarm signal according to the comparison result.
