Summary:An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel having a built-in driving circuit is provided to enable the sixth and full-down transistors using a voltage of a QB node as a gate voltage to be turned on about for a three fourth frame based on a frame, thereby decreasing the deterioration speed of the sixth and full-down transistors and reducing each size of the sixth and full-down transistors. An LCD panel having a built-in driving circuit(110) comprises liquid crystal cells(Clc) and the driving circuit. The liquid crystal cells are formed in a matrix form in a display area(DA). The driving circuit is formed in the outline portion of the display area and drives the liquid crystal cell. The driving circuit is composed of plural stages. The plural stages comprise a full-up transistor, a full-down transistor, a first control unit, and a second control unit. The full-up transistor outputs a clock signal to an output line by the control of a first node. The full-down transistor outputs a first driving voltage to the output line by the control of a second node where a low voltage for a predetermined period and a high voltage for a predetermined period are alternately supplied. The first control unit controls the first node. The second control unit controls the second node.
