Summary:A sanitary straw and a can are provided to be made by using an existing can, and to obtain a sanitary straw and a can that are good for a human body and to prevent the pollution of the environment. A cap opening portion and a handle lever of an existing can are changed. A sanitary straw is made by making the body of an existing I-shape straw to have a width of 3mm. The other portions of the sanitary straw are not changed from those of the existing straw. The sanitary straw is able to be bent in five positions. The part of the sanitary straw that comes into contact with user's lips and the part of the sanitary straw that comes out of the can are formed to be able to contract. The sanitary straw is attached to the can and is not able to be separated from the can.
