Summary: | An antistatic circuit of an LCD is provided to connect two lines through more transistors than the number of transistors being actually used to reduce a leakage current effectively. A series of transistors connect a common voltage line(Vcom) to a gate line(Vgate) according to a voltage being applied to the common voltage line and the gate line when static electricity is generated at an LCD. Other series of transistors connect the gate line to the common voltage line. The series of transistors and other series of transistors are configured such that at least one transistor is used in common. The series of transistors and/or other series of transistors are N-MOS transistors. The series of transistors and/or other series of transistors are diode type MOS transistors. |
