Summary:A mobile phone battery charger having a VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) function is provided to charge a Bluetooth mobile phone by using a voltage supplied from a PC. A mobile phone battery charger is connected to a PC(Personal Computer) with VOIP software and includes a USB(Universal Serial Bus) connector(210), a Bluetooth module(220), a voltage converting circuit(230), and a charging terminal(240). The USB connector is connected to a USB port of the PC. The Bluetooth module is connected to the USB connector and the voltage converting circuit and converts the signal from the PC to a wireless Bluetooth signal. The Bluetooth module converts a wireless signal from a Bluetooth phone to a digital signal. The voltage converting circuit is connected to the Bluetooth module and the USB connector and converts the voltage from the PC to a predetermined voltage. The charging terminal is connected to the voltage converting circuit and coupled with a source terminal of the Bluetooth phone.
