A system and a business method for collecting recyclable material without men are provided to plan community development and to reduce environmental pollution by offering all information of the recyclable material processed by unmanned recyclable material collecting machine to nonprofit or profit organizations. A system for collecting recyclable material without men includes unmanned recyclable material collecting machine(100) and a central management server(300). The unmanned recyclable material collecting machine exchanges information with the central management server in order to send all processed information of the recyclable material and a movement state when a movement error is detected to the central management server. The central management server classifies and stores the information of the recyclable material and the movement state transmitted from the unmanned recyclable material collecting machine by regions, districts and each machine. The central management server offers the stored and processed information of the recyclable material to nonprofit and profit organizations.
