Summary: | A thin film transistor substrate, a fabricating method thereof and a liquid crystal display using the same are provided to prevent a signal from being delayed using Ag or Cu line layers with superior electric conductivity without directly connecting an upper line and a lower line, thereby implementing minute circuit line width and preventing signal delay between the two lines. A thin film transistor substrate, a fabricating method thereof and a liquid crystal display using the same comprise the following units: a thin film transistor which is connected to a data line and a gate line; a lower part line which is formed stacking one of a first line including the gate line and a second line including the data line on a wiring layer and a protecting layer; and an upper line which is electrically connected through a contact hole formed by exposing at least one part of the line layer of the lower line. |
