Summary: | A humanized antibody against a surface antigen pre-S1 of Hepatitis B virus(HBV) is provided to secure the antigen binding capacity similar to that of a mouse monoclonal antibody and have significantly decreased immunity inducing capacity in human due to having more humanized amino acid residue, thereby being usefully used for preventing and treating HBV infection. A humanized antibody against a surface antigen pre-S1 of HBV is characterized in that an amino acid sequence of a heavy chain region is described as SEQ ID : NO. 10 or an amino acid sequence of a light chain region is described as SEQ ID : NO. 20. An expression vector comprises a gene coding an amino acid sequence described as SEQ ID : NO. 19, a gene coding an amino acid sequence described as SEQ ID : NO. 20, and a chimera antibody coding an invariable region of a human IgG antibody. A composition for preventing and treating Hepatitis B comprises a chimera antibody expressed by the expression vector. A kit for detecting HBV comprises the antibody. |
