Summary:A power transmission device is provided to replace a motor according to the capacity of a compressor by modularizing the motor, and to protect an engine by shutting off power in generating over torque. A compressor(10) is operated by rotating a driving shaft(11), and driven by a pulley unit(20) receiving driving force from an engine or a motor unit(30) receiving driving force from a battery. The pulley unit comprises a pulley member(21) inserting a bearing in a rotor unit, a one-way clutch(22) transmitting power from the pulley member to the driving shaft and shutting off power from the driving shaft to the pulley member, and a connecting member(23) combined with the one-way clutch to connect the one-way clutch to the pulley member. The driving shaft is spline-combined with the one-way clutch, and a second one-way clutch(40) is installed between the motor unit and the driving shaft of the compressor.
