A vibration reducing device is provided to prevent overturn or shock of expensive equipments or articles by damping and absorbing vertical or horizontal vibration transmitted to the equipments or articles placed on an upper panel. A vibration reducing device includes a lower panel(100), a first LM(linear motion) guide(310) installed in the upper part of the lower panel, a second LM guide(320) installed in the upper part of the first LM guide, an upper panel(200) mounted in the upper part of the second LM guide, a first buffer spring(410) installed in parallel with the first LM guide, and a second buffer spring(420) installed in parallel with the second LM guide. The first LM guide has a first guide rail, and a first LM guide block moved along the first guide rail. The second LM guide comprises a second guide rail arranged across the first guide rail, and a second LM guide block integrally combined with the first LM guide block. A friction rod(500) is combined integrally with the lower panel, and a synthetic resin friction plate(510) is combined with the upper part of the friction rod. Friction is generated between the friction plate and the upper panel by relative motion between the upper panel and the lower panel.
