Summary: | A coating composition for a fruit paper bag is provided to improve storage and antimicrobial performances, to save a production cost of fruit because a calcium agent is not applied onto leaves of a plant, to produce safe fruit, and to prevent environmental pollution. A coating composition for a fruit paper bag comprises 5-29% by weight of a liquefied calcium, 0.001-0.005% by weight of a silver colloid, 30-40% by weight of a wax emulsion, 2-5% by weight of xanthan gum, 10-20wt% of an organic solvent, and the balance of water. The silver colloid is prepared by using silver nano technology. The organic solvent is ethanol, methanol, isopropyl alcohol, or toluene. |
