A hinge is provided to prevent the movement of the door by rotating the door with predetermined angle and fixing the door to thereby prevent the door from being closed unintentionally. A hinge includes a fixing member(10), a hinge rotation adjusting member, and an operating member(30). The fixing member is fixed with a bolt at the side surface of a case, has an axis hole(14) at the inner side surface formed by a protruded central axis pipe(12), has a hole at the wall by the axis hole open at the front and sealed at the rear, and has a hanging groove(16) at one side of the axis hole. The hinge rotation adjusting member has a rotation axis(22) of which one end penetrates the axis hole and the hole of the fixing member, has a gear-shaped fixed protrusion(24) according to the outer circumference of both ends of the rotation axis, and controls the rotation of the rotation axis with a stopper(28) at the central circumference of the rotation axis. The operating member has an axis pipe(32) with axis holes(32a,34a) at the inner side to be inserted in the fixed protrusion of the rotation axis, has bottom plates(32b,34b), connected with the axis pipe as single body, curved towards one side and is fixed by a bolt at the side surface of a door.
