Summary: | A photoelectric transducer, a semiconductor device and an electronic instrument are provided to use photoelectric converting and electron transferring proteins as receivers for carrying out photoelectric conversion. A first electrode(11) is made of an electric conductive material, and zinc cytochrome c, a derivative thereof or a mutant of them is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode(13) made of an electric conductive material is formed on the first electrode. The zinc cytochrome c, the derivative thereof, or the mutant of them is fixed to the first electrode in the form of a monomolecular film or multilayer film(12). The second electrode is arranged to face the zinc cytochrome c, the derivative thereof, or the mutant of them. |
