Summary:An infrared signal detection circuit and a method thereof are provides to improve an FPN(Fixed Pattern Noise) according to the progress change and the noise immunity, and embodying the big fill factor. An infrared signal detection circuit and detecting method includes a cell array, a row decoder, a plurality of integrators, and a column decoder. The cell array has a plurality of read out cells which is arranged in the form of a matrix. The row decoder decodes by receiving the row address of the cell array. The plurality of integrators integrates and amplifies the output value from the cell array. The column decoder decodes the output value outputted from the integrators. The integrator differently receives the output value which is outputted from the column address adjacent to the cell array.
