Summary:A heat sink, an electronic device, and a tuner device are provided to improve an operation reliability of the electronic device by preventing the heat sink from being peeled off from the electronic device. A heat sink is attached to an electronic component. The heat sink includes plural heat radiating members(10). The heat radiating member includes a planar main body(11) and a fin unit(12). The fin unit is formed by elongating the main body. One of the heat radiating members includes an elongation unit(14) and a coupling unit(15). The elongation unit is formed by elongating the fin unit or the main body. The coupling unit is formed at an end portion of the elongating unit. The fin units of the heat radiating member are arranged to be parallel to each other. The elongation unit is formed in a direction which is normal to an arrangement direction of the fin unit.
